Temporary Suspension of Operations Due to COVID-19

We have suspended operations in all markets due to the COVID-19 situation effective immediately. This means that any appointments you had booked are cancelled for now (no action is needed on your part). We will be reaching back out to you once we have a clearer timeline of when it's safe to resume operations.

We're so sorry to let you down, but at this point it's clear that we all need to do what we can to minimize the spread of COVID-19. We currently don't have a timeline for when we will re-open. It depends on when health officials deem it safe to be out and about again.

Until further notice, our support channels won't be actively monitored. This includes email, text, phone, and live chat. If you need to get hold of us, please email support@mopify.com and we'll get back to you when operations resume.

Over the years, we've been so grateful to have the privilege to serve you. These are really hard times for everyone and we're truly gutted things have progressed to this point. We thank from the bottoms of our hearts for supporting us.

We are optimistic about the future once we get through this global ordeal. Please be kind to one another, stay safe, and we can't wait to service you once it's safe to resume operations.
