Will you do a load of laundry?
Absolutely, as long as your washer/dryer are on premises. Also, please ensure that you add extra time to your booking to accommodate this as the standard 2-hour service does not include loads of laundry.
Please also indicate in your booking notes that you are requesting laundry and include any specifics about your equipment, etc.
Do you bring supplies?
We don't supply cleaning products by default. Mopify cleaners use the products that you supply. There's a list of suggested products available on your customer dashboard. If you require Mopify to bring products, there is an additional $10 fee applied.
What's the best way to handle linen/towel changes?
We suggest you have spare sets on hand. That way, your Mopify cleaner can quickly change the bed/towels with fresh ones, ensuring you don't exceed your two hours of allotted time.
Can you cover multiple units on one turnover visit?
Unfortunately, each turnover is limited to one space, even if you have multiple units within a close vicinity. To handle two units, you'd have to book two turnovers.
My space is especially messy. What should I do?
Not a problem, you can add additional time to your turnover service at your city's one-time hourly rate. This can be done via your customer dashboard, where you can also include specific instructions to us for tasks you'd like completed.
