Our move in/out appointments include all of the items in a standard cleaning along with the cleaning of interior cupboards/drawers, the refrigerator, the oven, and spot washing of the walls where applicable.
Of course, you can always request any additional items via the notes section on your customer dashboard.
To avoid cross-contamination between homes, we ask that you provide a vacuum, broom, mop/bucket and toilet brushes. If you requested that we provide the cleaning products, the only other thing you may need is oven cleaner (see ovens below).
If you are providing the cleaning products, here is what we recommend to have on-hand
If you have a self cleaning oven, we ask that you run the feature before the cleaner arrives. Depending on the model, it may take 2 - 3 hours to run. Afterwards, it needs at least an hour to cool down before the cleaner can wipe it out.
If you need the cleaner to do this, let us know in your appointment notes that it is a self cleaning oven and how to run the feature. Also, please make sure that your quoted time is long enough to account for the cycle to run, cool down and for the cleaner to wipe it out.
If you have an oven without a self cleaning option, please spray the oven with your no-fume oven cleaner before they get there (you will need to provide even if you asked for supplies to be provided). Some ovens need 3+ hours to sit before they are wiped out so this can affect the cleaning time if it is not done before the cleaner arrives.
We are not a window cleaning company. That said, we can clean the interior of windows that are within the cleaner's reach if you specify this in the notes on your dashboard. We ask that you add extra time to your quote for this as it’s not part of our standard cleaning.

You'd think so, but that's usually not the case. Often times, once a house is emptied, various areas that had been neglected are exposed. These areas often need extra attention and more time to clean.
No, it does not.
It depends. We recommend booking at least a week out to ensure you get the time slot you prefer. But we'll always do our best to get you an appointment even if you're booking last minute.
If you're booking a cleaning to turnover your property between tenants, please make sure you take a look at the state of the property before the cleaning occurs. Often, your property can be left in a less-than-ideal state from previous tenants and as such, requires a lot of extra work to get it prepared for new tenants. When this is the case, you will likely have to significantly increase the timing of your appointment.
